Excess Soil Management Strategy:Excess Soil Management Strategy prepared by a Qualified Person sets out the process of sampling, monitoring, and tracking of excess soil
Assessment of Past Uses Report (APU):Reviewing historical information

Preparation of an APU report in accordance with O. Reg. 406/19
Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP):Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) to identify each location where soil is to be excavated as defined by an APEC that will be subject to sampling and analysis based on the Assessment of Past Uses.
